Validate completion of a specific checklist tab or header on transition

Smart Checklist supports multiple checklists per Jira issue, organized into tabs and headers. This allows teams to break long checklists into smaller, meaningful phases (e.g. Definition of Ready, Definition of Done).

Currently, issue transitions can only be blocked based on the completion of the entire checklist. This feature could be extended to validate the completion of a specific checklist tab or header instead. (e.g. block the issue transition if Definition of Done checklist is not completed)
