The “Skip all items” option is not available in the checklist.

Working with Checklists

Hello Atlassian Team,

the current status selection does not include the “Skipped all items” option. From a functional perspective, this would be a valuable addition, as it would enable clear and complete documentation of processing results.

In particular, when all items have been intentionally skipped, there is currently no suitable option to accurately represent the actual processing status.

Please consider adding the “Skipped all items” option in a future release – this would significantly improve process transparency and traceability.

      I find the checklists in Jira very helpful. They are already replacing various Confluence pages in the Changes area. Please continue expanding them step by step.

      When do you think you will be able to implement the functionality for skipped items?

      I will be happy to get in touch if I have any further ideas.

            Hello @Men27germany! The feature development is already in progress, we plan to release the feature at the beginning of Q4 2026.
