Send notifications to assignees only when the assigned checklist item is edited

Currently Smart Checklist sends notifications to assigned users everytime the checklist is edited. It would be helpful if the assignee got the notification only when first assigned, or if the assigned checklist item is edited.

    Assignee notifications improvements have been released 🔔

    We’ve updated notifications for assigned checklist items.
    Now, assignees will receive notifications only when their assigned checklist item is edited (or when they’re first assigned).
    This prevents unnecessary notifications when other checklist items are updated.
