JQL to match count of mandatory items
Scenario is a checklist with some items mandatory, and some optional. I want to create a dashboard widget that shows a list of the mandatory items that are not complete. I cannot see a JQL function to return those.

To add, I would want to be able to search by Template ID (including Linked) so I can report on the number of incomplete mandatory checklist items, in a specific template (if used on the ticket).
