Enable use of Fix Version/s or labels for checklist items

Working with Checklists

As a Smart Checklist User, I need to be tie checklist items to fix versions, labels for the purpose of assessing checklist completion against fix version releases. Because the main issue ticket spans multiple fix version releases, users could track closure of checklist items against those planned releases.

The checklist date feature doesn’t work because our release dates frequently change.
