Allow Rich Text in Checklist Items and Details

As a Smart Checklist User, I need to be able to have rich text content in the Checklist and Details sections, so that I can use this tool instead of checkbox todo lists in the Jira Work Item Description field as this allows rich text (links, smart links to Jira and Confluence, etc.)
