Ability to remove Smart Checklist updates from the Jira History tab

Smart Checklist comes with its own history tab. However, this also appears in the native Jira issue History tab, and this can cause confusion.

A problem users can face is the Jira issue history looking very complex to read because there are too many changes to the fields "Smart Checklist", "Smart Checklist Progress" and "Checklists" making it harder for users to see the relevant information.
